Privacy

No Easy Choice is run by Paul Linehan. This page explains what the site collects and why.

What we collect

When you play, Supabase makes an anonymous ID. It stores the choices you lock, your main reason, your history, your streak, your challenges, and pattern insight after ten choices.

You can write a private note about a choice. Other people can't see it. We delete private notes after 90 days.

If you save your history, Supabase links your email to that same account. Supabase uses it to send a sign-in or recovery link when you ask.

Newsletter signup is closed. This site no longer adds contacts or sends newsletter email. MailerLite holds past No Easy Choice subscriber records with their consent and status history.

PostHog receives product events, such as page views and vote steps. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals when traffic looks suspicious. Vercel and Supabase process normal hosting, security, and request logs.

How we use data

We use this information to run the choices, show real results, keep your private history, prevent abuse, learn what works, and fix problems.

What we share

Our service providers process data only as needed to run the site. They include Supabase, Vercel, PostHog, MailerLite, and Cloudflare. We don't sell personal information. We don't make public profiles or share private notes.

How long we keep it

Your choices and account history stay until you delete the account. We delete private notes after 90 days. Past newsletter records stay in MailerLite with their existing consent and subscription status. Deleting this account doesn't change those records.

You can delete site data on the data deletion page. For help with an old newsletter record, email paul@noeasychoice.com.

No Easy Choice is for adults. It isn't for children under 13.
